Vylewolf Terms Of Service

For more information on what is allowed versus not allowed, as well as the rights between the client and artists, please read Vylewolf's Terms of Service (ToS) BEFORE you submit an order.By purchasing a commission, you are agreeing to have read and consented to Vylewolf's ToS & acknowledge all stipulations & requirements from you as a client during your business.

I. GENERAL TERMS

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with Vylewolf, the artist, prior to the commission.Any and all commissions and/or art produced by Vylewolf follows these terms, and by receiving art from Vylewolf, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.Clients are expected to:
- Communicate in a polite, respectful, and clear manner.
- Provide Clear References.
- Follow the rules provided in the commission rules section, YCH or Adoptable Specifics.Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.If you fail to follow the rules provided, Vylewolf has the right to decline and/or cancel your commission.Any transactions made must be by clients who are 18 years or older, or by 16+ individuals who have parental consent. By commissioning Vylewolf, you agree to being a legal adult or within the presence of a legal guardian.

II. PAYMENT

Commissions must all be paid in full upfront, unless discussed with the Vylewolf. If this is not feasible, the commissioner may make a non-refundable deposit (50% of total price).Vylewolf does not take other payment plans. All total prices will be discussed prior to finalizing payment. The currency accepted is Euros.

III. PROCESS

Clients will be updated periodically through-out the commission process. Up to 5 changes on products exceeding €15 are free of charge during the WIP process. Any further changes will incur additional charges.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as:
- Health
- Order of Commission
- Complexity
- Work
- School or any other personal issues.If any of the things stated above occurs, Vylewolf is responsible of posting announcements of absence on his website newsletter.The Banned Topics Vylewolf will not custom draw:
- Harmful Ideologies
- Propaganda
- Anti-LGBTQ+
- Politics

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Vylewolf will do everything he can to make his customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

V. CANCELING & REFUND POLICY

Vylewolf has the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have the right to demand a 50% refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. However deposits and commissions under €50 are non-refundable.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission, but will be blacklisted by the artist and will no longer receive business from Vylewolf or Dayn.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission Dayn or Vylewolf ever again and Vylewolf is entitled to pursuit of legal action against you under Belgian law. Vylewolf has a right to all money involved in all commissions.
Your name and/or username(s) only will be publicly posted everywhere to Vylewolf's discretion for other artists to blacklist you from their services.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
